Thank you for your media analysis order and your interest in our services.
We will perform the analysis of your disk as soon as it is received by us in our laboratory and tell you the result along with a final cost offer.

If you have opted for the emergency, express or standard diagnosis, please complete the form which is now already in your e-mail inbox and send it back to us (by e-mail or fax). In this way you confirm your order. We will then instruct the courier to pick up your storage medium.

If you have opted for the Basic diagnosis, please fill out the form that is already in your e-mail account and send us the disk or bring it over.

Packaging: It is very important that the disks are wraped in protective packaging, which will protect them during the transport of any further damage. Please use the original packaging or a box per disk which is about twice so big and fill it in with bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts or foam.

Please refrain from other instructions, or to send us cables or any other accessory with. All of these things are not needed and could be destroyed. Please also note that we remove the casing of your external hard disks and disposed of in accordance during data recovery.
